Cave 10 - Bhagavan

Most men in the paintings from the Early Phase wear turbans. These turbans were made of cloth and were probably very long. It was wound around the head. At the top of the head, hair as well the turban seem to be wound to create a crest.

Kings are shown wearing crowns with gems and jewels. Triangular crests often form the body of the crown.

There are numerous depictions of conical caps worn mostly by foreigners .
