Cave type
The Vihāra consists of an astylar hall, ten cells, antechamber and shrine.
Period
Though from the Later phase, this cave is considerably smaller. Only two pillars support the porch.
Elements
The doorway to this cave has beautiful carvings of Yakṣas and Śālabhañjikās. The main Buddha image in the shrine is not accompanied by the flywhisk-bearers as it is in other caves.
Shrine
Spink argues that adjustments had to be made to create a shrine in this cave. The Buddha sits in padmāsana, though we cannot say for sure what the mudrā is.
