Painted in the right aisle of Cave 2, this painting shares the wall with Pūrṇa. Notice how architectural features are used to separate one narrative from the one adjacent to it.
A Nāga queen longs to eat the heart of Vidhura who is a renowned minister in the Kuru kingdom. Yakṣa Puṇṇaka manages to get hold of Vidhura and presents him to the Nāgas. Vidhura preaches to the queen and convinces her that what she had yearned for all along was his wisdom.
